All replica helmets in the Ayrton Senna line are handcrafted: the helmets are carefully designed, adapting the layout to the three different shell models (Bell, Rheos and Shoei) and painted using airbrushes, with finishing details done at the tip of the brush. There is no part of the process that is done by machines, and this gives the product the features of a work of art.

All models in the Ayrton Senna line were approved by Instituto Ayrton Senna, which determined the number of replicas released for production, varying according to the model, and each helmet sold has a control number, which is the serial number. This number appears on the back of the helmet and also on the certificate of authenticity, which is a document that accompanies the product to confer the artistic creation of the piece to the designer Sid Mosca, informing that the copyright of such work belongs to Instituto Ayrton Senna. This document guarantees the originality of the product.
